Goods & Services Tax (GST)
In compliance with Singapore statutory tax requirements, all clinical consultation fees, medical aesthetic procedures, and retail skincare products are subject to the prevailing 7% GST unless explicitly designated as inclusive.
Skincare Delivery Logistics
In-clinic post-treatment skincare orders are processed within 72 hours and dispatched via Local Express Delivery within 3 to 5 business days at a flat fee of SGD $5.00 per order across Singapore.
14-Day Cancellation & Return Rights
Retail customers maintain the right to cancel unsealed, unopened regular-priced skincare products within 14 calendar days of receipt. Due to Singapore hygiene standards, opened cosmetic formulations cannot be refunded.
